Our Salute to an Anime Icon
We at Sakura-Con want to express our sadness at the passing of Mr. Peter Fernandez. Mr. Fernandez was a beloved actor, voice actor and director who's career spanned the 1930's and onward. Mr. Fernandez was a popular guest of Sakura-Con in 2009. He was very generous to our members; offering an easy smile and genuine warmth to everyone he met. He will be missed and we offer our most sincere condolences to his friends and family.
Team Sakura Summer Events and Appearances

Team Sakura Summer events are a fun way to connect to
fellow members outside of the con. Please consider attending the
following events and look for us. In July, we'll be attending Anime Expo, Chinatown Summer Festival, Bite of Seattle, Bon Odori, San Diego Comic Con, Chinatown Seafair Parade ("Cosplay Parade"). August brings Anime Evolution. And September we'll be at Kumori-Con in Portland and Aki Matsuri in Bellevue. Please check our Team Sakura schedule for event dates and details. |
