Thank you for your interest in supporting ANCEA by presenting Cultural content at Sakura-Con. Please note that all submissions are subject to approval and scheduling availability by our Public Relations and Programming departments. Every effort will be made to accommodate your scheduling request but because of limited venue space this is not always possible. Please indicate your preferred schedule times as well as viable alternate times. If you have any questions about the process or your status please contact public_relations@sakuracon.org. Please note that upon approval you will receive an email that will allow you submit more details including your list of members.

Art Show: Sakura-Con's art show includes traditional exhibits such as drawings, paintings and sculpture but also includes specialty items. Please describe your exhibit request. Note that items displayed must be available for all three days of the event.

Youth Matsuri: This is the place where young and old come to do arts, crafts and simple games. Please describe your idea for Youth Matsuri Participation. Note that you do not have to attend all three days in order to contribute in this area.

Exhibits Hall: Sakura-Con has a limited number of booths available for non profit groups. Note that booths must be manned all three days of the event.
